Nicole Greene is a Real Estate professional raised in historic downtown Martinez a small suburb located in San Francisco’s Eastbay. Nicole spent 13 Years as a certified lightning designer, designing lighting in homes throughout the state of California. After the birth of her daughter she looked towards a career as a Real Estate Appraiser which allowed more flexibility to take care of her growing family.  For over a decade Nicole has been a trusted valuation specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area. Consulting , lenders, homeowners, buyers, Real Estate Investors and Realtors to name a few.  Inspired, Nicole began utilizing her design skills along with her valuation specialties and partnered with Austin to rehab distressed properties around the east bay.  In her free time Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, listening to live music, hiking and water sports. At the peak of the recession,  Austin flourished working as a Banker/Loan Consultant for Bank of the West. Now at 36 yrs old, Austin is a California licensed Real Estate Agent and Appraiser who owns a home in the East Bay with his growing family. He is an avid Outdoorsman, an outfielder in an adult softball league and is deeply involved in local youth centers throughout the community.
